With more than 17 years of corporate professional experience ranging from start-ups to multinational companies, he deeply understands the questions and concerns faced by working professionals in their current workplace. He has been in various roles ranging from sales, marketing, training to human resource consulting.

His expertise in personal and business change was developed through many years of professional experiences. Before founding Your Own 360, Ngee Key was the Business Development Leader for Hewitt Associates Human Resource Outsourcing Practice for South East Asia.

You are spending almost 30 or more years of your life working. Ngee Key believes your working years should be both rewarding and fulfilling.
